Shipping
Policy - We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of your payment confirmation.
Prices - Shipping prices are based on weight. If your order exceeds 2kg, it will be shipped as a medium parcel which costs a fraction more.
Provider - We use Royal Mail to ship our orders and offer 2 delivery options.
- 24H Tracked - Parcels should arrive the day after they have been dispatched. This is a tracked service for which you will receive a tracking number. You should choose this service if you require your parcel to arrive urgently. Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24® the next working day; however can take up to 2 working days.
- 48H Tracked - Parcels should arrive 48 hours after they have been dispatched. This is a tracked service for which you will receive a tracking number. Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48® within 2-3 working days.
Delivery - Royal Mail should leave a collection card if you are not available to take delivery of your parcel. Your parcel will then be available to collect from your local delivery office. If you do not collect it from the delivery office within 10 days it will be returned to us. You will need to contact us and pay for postage for your order to be sent back to you again. We do not refund orders which are returned due to failure to collect.
Delivery locations - We only deliver to mainland United Kingdom.
Local delivery - We offer free local delivery and collection within Milton Keynes.
- Local delivery days are Wednesday and Sunday evenings.
- Orders must be collected within 5 business days, payment must be made at time of order.
