Return and Exchange

Policy - We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a smooth return process, please complete the following steps:

  1. Review of goods: Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you carefully inspect the goods to ensure they meet your expectations. If you notice any issues, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
  2. Requesting a refund: To initiate a refund, please email hello@thedogpantry.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Include your order number, a description of the issue and any relevant photos if applicable.
  3. Eligibility for refund: Goods must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods, may not be eligible for a refund unless defective.
  4. Processing the refund: Please send your return via recorded delivery to ensure you are covered in the instance that the parcel is lost in transit. Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify the condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 business days, using your original method of payment.
  5. Shipping costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the item is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Payment methods - We accept payment from most debit and credit card providers. We also accept payment through ApplePay.
